I haven't seen a copy of the miele guide yet so I can't comment on how many of the Hyatt restaurants they have included. It would be a shame though if the restaurants were included just because of sponsorship since I would be hoping for an independent review of places. I have been disappointed to find that loads of the restaurants receiving high scores are all in HYATT hotels, which the miele guide admits is one of their main sponsor. independent? yeah right!
